If they see during the interview that you have worked in an office job, they will keep sarcastically saying that you are unsuitable. I don't know what stereotype they are acting on.
Their attitude is extremely bad, and they also expect you to show a very servile attitude.
In short, they want you to appear both very servile and very proactive.
The work environment is also terrible. Think twice before going.
