Low pay (867 per day), many demands, and after leaving, when I asked the administration about my pay, they read the message but never replied.
They originally said there would be a three-month probation period, but I was dismissed before even completing one full month. The reason was that the company now needed someone more capable, so they were unwilling to train a newcomer (possibly because they lacked the money. During the interview, they repeatedly said that they were very willing to train us from the ground up, but the pay was low (the low pay is true; the claim that they would train us from the ground up was not). They suddenly asked people to work before the Lunar New Year holiday, and then dismissed them after the holiday, which felt psychologically very unpleasant.
By the way, because a senior employee was poached, they had a vacancy. This indicates that the company's pay is poor, so employees are easily poached.
