Cons
The boss is very good at emotional blackmail, and there is no labor or health insurance. Under no circumstances should you go on a business trip with the boss—it will be exhausting, and you may not get paid. No matter how good the boss is to you, always remember that the boss cannot be trusted because the boss is very unscrupulous.
