Very good at hype; Hon Hai is the financial backer.
Cons
However, the company is actually a traditional manufacturing business transitioning into the technology industry. There are gaps in the professionalism of internal staff, and the average age is low. Working overtime until 9 p.m. is commonplace, and employees are also sometimes required to attend on Saturdays at short notice without receiving double overtime pay.
