Read the community guidelines1. You won’t starve, but you also won’t be able to save much money.

1. They are always understaffed, yet turnover is very high.
2. There is a constant atmosphere of fear and suspicion, and gossip is everywhere. (Be careful—walls have ears, so pay particular attention to everything you say and do.)
※Under no circumstances should you open up to the supervisors or coworkers here.※
3. The managers are actually very difficult to communicate with. They often think they are unquestionably right. Even when you are simply trying to communicate rationally with them, they immediately switch into “scolding mode.” They also say they want subordinates to treat them as friends rather than managers, but in reality... they are just deceiving you.
4. The so-called “on-the-job training” or “professional development” is merely a formality here! Frontline staff are supposed to have three months of training, and shift supervisors three months plus one year, but basically, this is just a slogan. Before that period is even over, they simply force you into the role before you are ready.
So~ as for the training process... you’re on your own~~~ Haha
Also... the supervisors here often use threatening phrases like “get rid of people” to intimidate newcomers and make them fearful!
Otherwise, they threaten to “mess with you” or “keep an eye on you”!
Even the most mild-mannered person can end up with PTSD and depression from being treated this way~~~
