They have no sense of time—how good can the company really be? Haha
Infrequent overtime
The company is small and lacks established procedures. Work handovers are extremely incomplete, and everyone has their own way of explaining things, which makes it really difficult to get work done.
At the beginning, they said there was an SOP for training, but every client and every account manager is considered “special,” so everything depends on their supposedly “unspoken understanding,” which makes it impossible to work effectively.
They constantly emphasize developing an unspoken understanding. Apparently, that means they don’t explain things clearly and expect you to understand? If you say you don’t understand, they tell you to ask a colleague, but after you do, they say that’s not right. Then they ask, “Since this was a task I assigned to you, why would you ask someone else instead of me if you didn’t understand?” It’s just unbelievable.
The boss’s personality and attitude are very rude, including toward clients. They swear constantly and are also emotionally unstable.
Although overtime is infrequent, work is often assigned during break times, so it’s basically impossible to get a proper rest.

There is no obligation to respond to work matters while taking compensatory leave. The regulations are clear, and the following day was officially my last day anyway.
