Read the community guidelines1. The first time, I saw the information on the website and had an initial interview by phone (it seemed to be the boss....). They said they would notify me, but then there was no further news... Couldn't they at least send a notification? All the websites have standard template messages available...
2. The second time, I received a notification online and had another interview by phone (Officer Liu...), who kept saying that I was suited for an outside sales position... even though I had clearly applied for an internal position.
3. Later, I saw a comment from the interviewing supervisor on Facebook, and it was full of sarcasm....
Personal feelings
It may not necessarily be this way
You can experience it for yourself
The company’s starting salary is fairly decent.
The boss’s attitude is terrible. When I came for an interview, they only said that I was not a good fit for the company and dismissed me outright. They are very emotional. A company like this probably treats its employees like beasts of burden.
None
The company is also the owner's residence, so employees cannot avoid being asked to handle all kinds of miscellaneous tasks. Various personal and company finances are mixed together, and employees are tasked with handling everything, big or small. The owner comes from a sales background and has an extremely positive opinion of themself. They require already very busy employees to also take on sales-related duties, criticize employees for their inability, and lecture them using their own successful experiences, yet continue to delay hiring new staff to address the staffing shortage and improve the situation.
