Interviewing for an e-commerce position...
Two young women interviewed me; the other one didn't say anything and frantically took notes from beginning to end.
The other one also didn't seem to understand e-commerce very well, but currently that person is the only one handling all the e-commerce responsibilities.
You would be expected to help manage their second-tier platform, but they also asked how you negotiated promotions on a first-tier platform in the past.
I don't know whether they were just trying to probe my experience or what.
And they even directly offered a salary—regardless of your past experience, it was either 32K or 33K (I forgot).
Pretty dumbfounded.
