1. The owner's temper is not very good, and he is quite emotional.
2. The company does not have an accurate inventory system. Although several stores have been opened, the correct inventory has not been allocated to each store platform.
3. Basically, because it is a small company, each person has to take on multiple roles and handle customer service, customer complaints, marketing, graphic design, listing and delisting products, etc. If your speed is not fast enough, the owner will be dissatisfied and will sit beside you watching.
4. The owner has a very strong cigarette and betel nut smell, so if you are not fast enough, you may have to endure the smell XD
5. When moving the warehouse, only two drivers were hired to help with transportation. Since almost all of the colleagues were women, moving things was very arduous, and one person previously developed spinal problems from moving items.

1. The company does not comply with the Labor Standards Act when paying for labor and health insurance. It often waits at least six months after employees join the company before enrolling them in labor and health insurance. There is also no annual leave and no overtime pay.
2. The boss frequently verbally bullies employees and sometimes engages in behavior bordering on sexual harassment, making people feel extremely uncomfortable.
3. The boss's wife seems somewhat strange. Although the boss is close to employees, she treats employees who have been harassed with indifference. When she suspects that an employee is interested in the boss, she makes hostile and sarcastic remarks toward that employee. (Women, please be careful.)
4. The boss cannot accept employees' opinions and will sow discord among employees.
5. The company's problems cannot be resolved no matter how long you stay. Meetings never produce any results and often continue until 11 p.m.
6. The company's storage locations change approximately every three months, and employees must work overtime to handle each change. (As mentioned in point 1, there is no overtime pay.)
7. The company's inventory can never be accurately maintained. The boss and his wife always blame the employees, but the actual problem is that they frequently fail to update the inventory after shipments. (In the end, everything is blamed on the employees.)
8. The boss's wife habitually uses emotional blackmail and likes to tell employees: “If this matter is not accomplished, then you will have to be a witness to my divorce from the boss.”
9. In the sheet-metal building, the office is very cold while the outdoor packing area is very hot, and employees frequently suffer heatstroke going in and out.
10. When you take leave, the boss's wife will make relentless phone calls.
11. The boss's wife may privately carve a seal bearing your name and forge documents when you resign, filling out your employment separation certificate herself. If there are any problems in the future, you will have no way to report them.
12. None of BDTB's problems have changed, except that the boss's wife is easy to get along with.
