You don't even need to interview the first time; simply submitting a résumé can already leave you feeling terrible. You apply for position A, yet they actually send you an invitation to interview for position B. This shows that the company does not care whether job applicants are placed in suitable positions—they clearly do not understand how to make proper use of talent!
When you already know before joining that they engage in bait-and-switch practices like this, there is basically no need to attend the interview.
