No labor and health insurance; only group insurance and third-party liability insurance.
Paid hourly— even store managers are still paid by the hour.
Once-a-month in-store meeting and shift scheduling, which ends after 1 a.m.
When there are enough staff, hours are cut; when there aren’t enough, you work overtime until you go crazy.
Delivery riders use their own motorcycles. The allowance doesn’t even cover gas, and you have to pay for wear-and-tear supplies yourself.
