Pros

You can chat and gossip all day at work

(No need to worry about the boss saying anything, because he’s the one leading the way.)

There’s plenty of room to show what you can do and unleash your potential

(Do whatever you want + get shot down endlessly)

Cons

Promotional items are always out of stock during campaign periods

(The customer complaint calls never stop)

The warehouse is full of unsold inventory that’s left until it expires

(Selling it at rock-bottom prices has become an employee benefit?!)

The products the company sells are very good, but the boss is very good at blaming the boss’s wife over eyeliner purchases and says that he is being targeted and verbally abused. I actually think everything he says is right, because he is the boss’s wife’s current employee, so he is being heavily targeted. No one manages the back office; the sales assistant they use is stupid and scheming, and subordinates are involved with the boss—how can anyone manage that? It’s an absolute mess. A bunch of salespeople don’t do sales work and just love placing orders. They talk a lot of crap, too.

Willis Co., Ltd. is listed on 104 as a subsidiary V under the En De Group, but in fact has little to do with En De. Employees receive none of the group benefits, so do not be misled into thinking you are joining a large company; it is actually a small company where employees are not treated like people and one person is expected to do the work of three. This company also posts job openings independently on 104, with openings listed under both entities—do not be deceived. It is a small company with no systems or benefits, low pay and lots of work, no year-end bonus, no holiday bonuses, and no benefits of any kind. The boss still assigns work on LINE in the middle of the night. Overtime can only be exchanged for compensatory leave, with no overtime pay. Employees are often required to support events on holidays and constantly pay expenses out of pocket. The company’s accounts are a complete mess. Employee turnover is very high; staying for three months counts as a long time. Many people leave after one or two weeks—or even one or two days—once they realize something is wrong. A minefield!
