Pros
The boss is a really good person.
They give us clear goals instead of only vague general directions, and they earnestly teach all their colleagues.
They encourage us whenever we experience setbacks at work. In their eyes, employees must not be bullied by customers.
Cons
When the boss gets angry, they are extremely frightening. Although I have only seen it once, it felt like they could kill someone.
Usually, they don't manage the employees, so some people take advantage of this and slack off a lot, affecting other hardworking people.
