Read the community guidelinesThe interview process is very flexible. Since the company is relatively small, administrative decisions are made quickly and usually aren’t dragged out for too long. You work directly with the owner and supervisors, so you can learn a lot, and fully remote work is possible.
It’s a small outsourcing and contract-work company: low pay, lots of work, and ambitious promises. Internal management is also somewhat more casual. Also note that the person in charge has at least two companies, so it’s possible to interview for Company A but be hired by Company B. You can look up reviews on PTT; I won’t say much more here. The company does not provide email or Google Workspace, and work tools such as Jira are only on free plans. Basically, employees need to prepare everything themselves, including a computer. Salaries are paid on the 25th of the following month. Anyone who cares about this should take note.
