Working hours are very flexible. The stated hours are 9–6, but the actual start and end times are extremely flexible.
Compared with the BD department, the RD department rarely requires overtime, but it is occasionally necessary. As mentioned earlier, there is no overtime pay, but if you can finish your work, you will not be forced to work overtime.
