Many people have left within a short period, and we’re endlessly pressured into doing a lot of unpaid work!
Other than flexible working hours, there is nothing else.
I strongly advise everyone not to join this company!
The boss’s behavior and way of thinking do not live up to the educational background they claim to have.
The employees are also very good at sabotaging one another. Once, I was genuinely feeling unwell, but they suspected I was lying and even questioned me in a very unpleasant tone. Although the matter clearly did not fall within my job responsibilities, it ultimately became something I was expected to do, and then I was blamed for everything that went wrong.
The policies and instructions are also constantly changing. Working here felt like going to hell several times over. Seriously, do not come to this company!
