Read the community guidelinesNothing particularly special. The personnel information forms were photocopied very carelessly—crooked and old-looking. The meeting room was also messy, with cups left scattered around.
Accounting combined with purchasing. From my initial understanding, the job responsibilities cover just about everything. Perhaps because they were urgently hiring and rushing the handover, they suddenly asked me to go out for an interview at very short notice. They said there should be a decision that evening and that they would notify me by phone.
Instead, they hurriedly called four times the next morning. I wondered whether they were asking me to immediately go to the company to report for work again. There was truly no semblance of normal company procedures.
However, I suspect that I was the second choice, and that they notified me that morning only because the person they contacted the previous evening did not show up to work. The most outrageous part was that I missed those four calls for personal reasons. When I called back, they said they would ask the supervisor again and that they might have me go directly to work that afternoon. I waited two hours without receiving a return call. I don't know whether there was a problem with the employee who was about to leave or with the company itself. They treated me like a toy. In short, I strongly do not recommend this company.
