1. The interviewer was very nice and courteous, and did not make me feel pressured.
2. The company and job responsibilities were explained very clearly.
3. The benefits and salary were explained very clearly.
4. The salary was above average, and even part-time employees received bonuses.
Cons
1. The interview took relatively long.
2. There were almost no breaks during the interview. I had to keep thinking, as it consisted entirely of chatting and answering questions.
