In the agricultural industry, this company’s approach to agricultural transformation is considered highly progressive. Because the startup’s staffing structure is not yet large, its advantages become apparent at this stage. Any work-related issues can usually be communicated directly to the owner, along with requests. As long as you are willing to try to improve a problem, you will generally be given a certain degree of authorization. This allows you to confront issues more directly and learn through your work.
Its progressive agricultural concept is both an advantage and a disadvantage. Because innovation requires building a production chain from the back end to the front end, it takes relatively substantial amounts of time and funding. Before the products and market are smoothly connected, employee salaries may not be as ideal, but I believe this will improve significantly in the future.
