There are drinks in the refrigerator.

The actual job responsibilities exceed the scope discussed in the interview, frequently affecting time off. The additional work is unpaid and not commensurate with the salary.

There is no SOP or onboarding process upon joining. Senior employees are unwilling to train newcomers, use harsh language, and like to join the boss in intimidating new employees. Even after the probationary period, employees may still be dismissed without warning.

The office atmosphere is gloomy, and the cliques are severe. People do not eat, work, or go out together, making it easy to be ostracized.

The boss is frequently emotionally unstable and constantly changes decisions; the supervisor’s instructions are unclear. Both have poor memories, making subordinates likely to take the blame, do work for nothing, or repeatedly redo tasks after completing them.

The company does not hire dedicated cleaning staff, so employees have to clean the toilets themselves, pick up cigarette butts for the boss, and so on.

I can’t think of any—only one word: terrible.

1. Colleagues are indifferent and selfish, and newcomers are often isolated.

2. Senior employees and supervisors do not know how to train newcomers, yet they say that newcomers improve too slowly.

3. The boss is fickle and often changes their mind about agreed-upon matters. People are frequently laid off. After I had only worked there for a few days, I was told that I was not a good fit and was asked to leave that same day. Extremely irresponsible—they do not provide training or resources. How capable do they expect employees to be? The pay is also low....... The boss often fires people for no reason, so you really should not waste your time at this company.

4. Meal times are not fixed and are often delayed until 2–3 p.m.

5. The office is very noisy, and people often chat loudly.
