Pros

Colleagues are very united, and everyone gets along well.

Cons

The company has no clear systems, the job responsibilities are unclear, the bonus system may be changed at any time, and the scheduling in the engineering department does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.

The boss says that he has bipolar disorder, so he will harshly berate employees. When problems occur at work, he shouts and makes the issue seem much more serious;

The boss's wife uses inspirational rhetoric to brainwash employees. If an employee makes a suggestion that differs from their views, they say that the employee lacks the ability/experience to offer suggestions; employees are not allowed to disagree with the bosses' opinions, otherwise they are accused of lacking team spirit.

The two bosses require employees to participate in their religious activities (temple festivals/pilgrimages). If these take place on holidays, they call them employee trips (and employees have to pay their own expenses if there are any).

As the saying goes, "There are deities three feet above one's head," so the two bosses monitor the surveillance cameras at all times and even place audio-monitoring devices in the store and company vehicles used by the engineering department.

The two bosses privately complain about customers whenever they decide that a customer is a bad customer. Their definition of a bad customer includes one whose adjusted quotation amount is lower than they expected, as well as one who raises questions during the process or is overly shrewd and rational. In addition, whenever a customer raises questions or doubts about the state of the project, the two of them start yelling at the customer, trying to pressure the customer into thinking that the problem is their own fault.
