Read the community guidelinesLet me think.
1. Three unbathed dogs will circle around you during work hours, barking and biting. Going to work every day is therapeutic, and you can also play with the dogs.
2. When the boss gets food, they never forget to buy a portion for the employees. Even when work and overtime are incredibly busy, they still insist that you eat because they are afraid you will go hungry.
3. You are constantly moving your work station, so even the messiest person can develop their tidiness skills.
4. A place that provides excellent training in patience, communication, and thinking on your feet. The boss will not seriously listen to what you say or take it to heart, and when something goes wrong, you will bear all kinds of responsibility.
5. A boss who is good at creating beautiful fantasies will keep you motivated to come to work every day.
6. Just work hard. As for raises, overtime pay, and year-end bonuses, perhaps the boss will give them to you—don’t think too much about it.
7. A beautiful place with lovely mountains and clear waters, with a river nearby where you can exercise (if you have the time).
7. An incapable boss can train capable employees, so if you want to improve your character and self-cultivation, come on over!
Every mistake is my fault. How could the company have any shortcomings?
None at all
The boss is unbelievably terrible and completely incompetent. During the interview, he made everything sound great, talking about how the independent studio would eventually design a standalone establishment combining a hostel and restaurant. In reality, they take on a bunch of projects helping people add extra structures to their rooftops. The architectural renderings are all done by a partner in Beijing; the boss himself cannot do design at all, and he cannot even handle a small community garden. He would also ask you at 9 p.m. to watch over exhibitions and get bitten by mosquitoes until 11 p.m. During the interview, he said there would be employee housing, but throughout the month I lived there, it remained unfinished. The company kept three dogs without separating them, and I also had to help clean up their feces and urine. It was unbelievably awful.
