The four-person clique in the document-creation team stationed at Shin Kong Bank is extremely serious and engages in workplace bullying.
The one who types the fastest calls himself a god. Relying on having been there the longest and typing quickly, he says that the company’s station is being kept afloat by him, but he is actually the one with the highest error rate. He also says that the company only needs the four of them, and that hiring newcomers would cause their “Four Swordsmen” group to be split up. He is emotional and fake with people: he only talks to you when he is in a good mood, and treats you like air when he is in a bad mood. Even worse, he deliberately sighs at you with a terrible attitude, or makes pig-like clicking sounds with his mouth.
Another person who calls himself the team leader is two-faced. He is in poor health and often takes leave. He announces his own affairs especially loudly, as if afraid that others will not know what is happening to him. He only talks to you with a smile when he needs something; at other times, he keeps a straight face, acts indifferent, and treats you like air. He takes the lead in using group tactics to bully people, then pretends it has nothing to do with him.
Of the other two people in the clique, one is a glutton who shouts “oppa” every day and loudly talks about what kind of men he likes—it is extremely disgusting. The other pretends to have a tiny appetite and takes leave all the time. Because they have been there longer, they act very high and mighty and never work overtime on holidays. The two of them act as if they have no position, but just like the other two, they are constantly pulling petty tricks and are extremely annoying.
The team leader, whose surname is Liu, knows that the clique is bullying you but coldly watches from the sidelines as if enjoying a show. He has a bad temper and cannot separate public and private matters. Whenever he is in a bad mood, he uses you as a punching bag and takes it out on you. He speaks very harshly and rudely, and he will pound on the keyboard and throw things.
I have never seen such a cowardly team leader. He does not dare manage the clique, and even takes out the frustration he suffers from the clique, the head office, and the Shin Kong station on newcomers, using all kinds of excuses.
The team leader surnamed Liu will even fabricate the reason for your resignation with the head-office manager simply because he does not want to be scolded himself. He makes everything sound as though it is entirely your fault and shifts all the blame onto you.
Only the team leader receives a base salary in addition to piece-rate pay; everyone else’s piece-rate pay is extremely exploitative.
I think the newcomers who come to the workplace, take one look, prepare to start work, and then flee at the last moment are very smart!
Do not go to this place under any circumstances—run away quickly.
