I interviewed with this company two years ago and had a very negative impression of them for the following reasons:
1) The job vacancy has been posted almost every day. I applied two years ago, but it ended without any result. Last year and this year, they also kept indiscriminately sending duplicate job postings to job seekers, making people feel that the company’s HR staff do not respect applicants and are merely going through the motions. They even keep sending postings to people who have already applied. May I ask whether the company has established a database of job seekers?
2) The interview mainly consisted of two stages. At the time, I applied for the position of English Secretary at the Kaohsiung branch. The first stage was a business correspondence and basic English grammar test, while the second stage was an interview. The interviewer was a senior manager, and the entire interview was about matters unrelated to my résumé. In the end, the interviewer even said, “I think you are very likely to be hired,” but the process still ended without any result. A month later, I discovered that this company was recruiting almost every day, and for the exact same position, which inevitably left me puzzled.
