Pros
The salary is quite generous, but you have to negotiate it with your supervisor; otherwise, HR will say the salary isn’t high and deliberately lowball you, and then they’ll even tell your coworkers about your salary.
Cons
Some people operate forklifts without licenses, so safety is genuinely a concern. Turnover in the production department is very high, and “you're fired” is an everyday occurrence.
