The finance supervisor~~a man who is absolutely terrible.
They hire fresh graduates, and even the supervisor himself doesn't know what the position requires. When subordinates want to improve themselves, he says, “I don't know what you should learn either.”
Not many advantages. If I had to name one, it would be that the HR manager is pretty good!
It’s run like the military, and as for the IT director and the managers… never mind.
