The company’s organization is lax: the interviewee had already arrived at the company, but the manager did not show up and no employee made contact.
The interviewee waited for half an hour, yet still no employee or manager made contact.
It was not until the interviewee was preparing to leave that an employee asked whether assistance was needed to contact the manager.
