Read the community guidelinesSeveral long-term employees take good care of new hires and are very good at reminding them what to watch out for.
I originally wanted to stay there and work for a long time, but the good times didn’t last. Later, I realized that the people and atmosphere there were not quite right, and the attitude of the senior management was strange—especially a supervisor whose surname is Chiu. He was the one who initially recruited me, but after I had worked there for only a few days, he casually dismissed me with a few words. I initially tried to reason with him amicably and discuss how the matter should be handled, but this guy simply adopted a shirking attitude and insisted on forcing me out. He acted superior from beginning to end!
In the end, he even humiliated me as if I were a beggar, as though giving me a job opportunity were his personal favor! He kept rambling on about the company’s rules and regulations. What kind of management is that? Treating employees like disposable utensils!
Thinking about it carefully, people like that really have no ability at all! Usually, he only knows how to put on airs, spends all day wandering around, and leaves everyone else alone. Whenever something happens, all he does is complain about everyone. He has absolutely no intention of running a department properly. The staff composition there is also strange: at least 70% of them are not Taiwanese, but come from Southeast Asian countries. There are also people there who specialize in being informers, or else smearing others. Maybe that is how I was pushed out too. To put it bluntly, this place is absolutely rotten! Do they think I’m an idiot? If they never intended to keep me, why did they recruit me in the first place? All these things really made me furious!
What’s especially ridiculous is that afterward they posted job advertisements on a recruitment website, yet after more than three months they still couldn’t find anyone. It’s laughable—who would want to work under conditions like that? If this kind of management does not change, they won’t be able to recruit anyone ever, and even replacing ten thousand people would be useless. In short, I strongly advise everyone not to go there. A third-rate company like that will collapse sooner or later!
