Pros
Other than providing Chinese meals, there isn't much else that's good.
Cons
The company's two longtime employees only know how to order new hires and junior staff around using profanity. The owner's entire family is Hakka—stingy and incapable of managing the business—and they are completely controlled by the longtime employees. They only exploit foreign workers. The management office is arguing every day.
