Sales department... The work atmosphere is rather quiet, and no one talks. Management is very “traditional.” There is no ERP system; everything relies on memory. If you cannot offer suggestions, you will be singled out. After business trips, you must prepare a PowerPoint report, and the supervisor likes reports with lots of text. Not suitable for young people. The salary is average. On average, you leave work 30 minutes to one hour late every day.
