三洋窯業股份有限公司
Pros

1. When things are slow, it can be so quiet that you have nothing to do all day.

2. Suitable for people without ambition who are happy to earn minimum wage.

3. Suitable for mothers.

Cons

1. The company’s policies are unclear. If you have connections, nothing is a problem; if you don’t, it’s still fine as long as you know how to cling to someone influential.

2. To save money, the company constantly replaces employees with cheap, inexperienced newcomers or mothers returning to the workforce, even in important positions.

3. The job responsibilities are vague: some people are worked to death, while others have nothing to do.

三洋窯業股份有限公司
Pros

1 Suitable for people who like stable work

2 The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with and there is a sense of camaraderie

3 The benefits are decent. The salary is average—not particularly high, but not low either.

Cons

1 Sometimes leave is not provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. When business is slow, you may work 22 consecutive days and then have 16 consecutive days off. Most of the time, things are normal, so you can feel reassured.

2 There may be busy periods when there is work to do, but most of the time there is nothing in particular to do. Not suitable for ambitious, proactive people.

3 The job does not offer much opportunity to develop your professional abilities; it is a company suited to people looking for a laid-back, retirement-like environment.
