Because the workload is very heavy and the supervisor has a bad temper, new hires are expected to work independently right away. If you can endure it, you can learn a lot.
The turnover rate in the Export Department is very high. The supervisor is difficult to work with, hot-tempered, and impatient. New hires do not know anything, and whenever they ask questions, they are either shouted at or told to figure things out on their own, leaving them at a loss. The workload is constantly heavy, and even if you handle it well, you receive no substantive feedback. The company is rumored to make a lot of money from stocks, but in the end, the only benefits provided for the three major festivals are gift vouchers, and there is no year-end bonus. They also arbitrarily increase employees’ workloads. The supervisor is harsh and unwilling to train new hires, and sometimes even stabs you in the back. Working under this supervisor is like accompanying a tiger.
