Read the community guidelinesThe colleagues are easy to get along with and very supportive of one another. Work starts and ends on time. I can't think of anything else...
The supervisor always likes to come up with a bunch of things that no one wants to fix. Every day, you have to look at what projects you have on hand or help other colleagues. No one teaches you how to repair the things that need fixing, and in the end, if you don't know how to repair them, they will even renegotiate your salary with you. There was no training to begin with, and the previous employee who left didn't leave much of a handover either, just a huge pile of equipment waiting to be repaired... In short, it's completely absurd, and you often have to go on business trips!! The business-trip allowance is extremely low!!!!! Finally, the supervisor asks a woman who calls herself HR to renegotiate your salary, saying that you do not meet their expectations, and then lowers your salary. The reduced salary is not even as good as working for a staffing agency, where the hourly wage is casually NT$220—more than the full-time salary at this company~ There are hardly any benefits either... Overtime does not come with overtime pay; you can only exchange it for compensatory leave. As for the rest, if you unfortunately join, you'll have to experience it for yourself!
