Cons

1. I went to work for one day on 5/6 and ran away.

2. (1) The office was extremely messy. There were spiders and dust on the desks and chairs, and the desks were even crooked and left unrepaired.

(2) After I went in, no one knew how to arrange the staffing situation, so I sat there staring blankly for two hours.

(3) Nothing was explained. I was told to look through the drawers myself for information 💾. A pile of forms was scattered around, and they were still from a month ago.

(4) There was one foreign (Thai) worker. When he saw a piece of 304 steel placed on the ground, he inexplicably kept yelling at people. Thai workers are truly pitiful.

(5) Crane: Personnel without relevant licenses were told to operate and use it, with no relevant safety regulations or hard hats ⛑️.

(6) Crane: The equipment was old and broken but had not been repaired. The steel cables were severely rusted and had not been maintained. The entire machine looked like its control panel was exposed, with wires sticking out.

(7) Crane: During lifting, a steel cable even fell off while lifting a steel coil weighing several hundred kilograms. Fortunately, I was far away and was not crushed to death. The foreign worker operating it showed hardly any reaction, as if he were used to it, and would even repair it himself. Please ask the owner to pay attention to personnel safety and equipment maintenance; otherwise, who will be responsible if someone is crushed to death? 😠

(8) The whole company is so large, yet there is not a single employee. That alone tells you where the problem lies.

(9) Miscellaneous items were scattered throughout the factory. Discarded steel was dumped in a corner without being recycled in accordance with environmental regulations. The entire factory looked like the aftermath of a world war, making it difficult to speak highly of.

Pros

Too terrible to find any.

Cons

I went to work on March 20, 2023, and resigned the afternoon of March 21. I applied for a warehouse management position but ended up doing miscellaneous tasks—like a building manager and a laborer. I had to repair chairs, carry heavy items, water plants, and sweep the floor. The boss and sales staff had an extremely hostile attitude, speaking to employees in the tone of a debt collection agency. Do not be fooled into working for this company.

Pros

None, it's terrible and there's nothing to like.

Cons

During the interview, they said the job was very easy and that an overhead crane would be used. In reality, the crane couldn't move, so heavy items had to be carried manually.

Pros

No advantages at all

Cons

I went for an interview in the morning, and as soon as I entered, I really had a bad feeling. There was an older man who was probably the owner, and only two people in the entire office. They had me fill out information, checked my ID card, and asked some random questions. They also didn't take the interviewee on a tour of the factory to see the working conditions inside, and I didn't see any scooters parked there for the employees. This really seems like a problematic company. I also feel that the owner is very narrow-minded. It's probably for the best not to go there……

Cons

The environment was dirty and messy, and the tables and chairs were covered in dust. As soon as I entered, I felt itchy all over. After I finished filling out the information, I was told offhandedly and treated with indifference, with a very bad attitude. The interviewer was an elderly person who asked some completely irrelevant questions, and the company benefits were not clearly explained.

Pros

There are absolutely no advantages.

Cons

Do not go to this company under any circumstances. It is extremely dirty and messy, and the boss and colleagues also have a very poor attitude when speaking to people. It was only an interview, yet the boss scolded people as if they were dogs. He was unclear when speaking himself, but still criticized others. Fortunately, it was only an interview—imagine having to work for him!

1. The workplace environment is poor; the office is not bright enough, and there are many mosquitoes and insects.

2. The attitude toward job applicants is poor, with sarcastic and mocking remarks.

3. Employees are not trusted; they may be asked to have their bags or vehicle compartments inspected.

4. Excessively nitpicky about matters and makes cumbersome demands.

5. There is no effective method for training new employees; they are simply given templates and left to figure things out and find the forms themselves.

6. The position advertised does not match the actual job.

Cons

The environment is dirty and disorganized, with many mosquitoes and insects. The office is old, and the staff were indifferent toward the interviewee, who had to wait for over 40 minutes.

During the interview, they asked private questions unrelated to the job and mocked the interviewee for having uncommon data-related content, leaving a poor impression.

They did not inform interviewees, nor was there any relevant notice, that parking at the factory was prohibited. However, they rudely scolded the interviewee and searched the vehicle cabin without permission.

A company that shows very little respect for interviewees.

Cons

It seems to be a family-owned business. There were only a few people in the office, and the boss was very rude during the interview. It felt like coming to the interview and applying for the job was like owing them money; if hired, I would probably end up owing even more money. Also, they send out interview invitations indiscriminately, and most likely have not looked at the applicants’ résumés at all. At 10 a.m., a large group of people were filling out application forms and waiting for interviews, with no effort whatsoever to schedule interview times separately.

Pros

None.

Cons

You’d better not go to this company. They send interview invitations indiscriminately, even to people whose education and experience are completely unrelated. When you call to ask about the job responsibilities, they refuse to discuss anything and only tell you to come for an interview. It feels like there’s something wrong, which is why they won’t let people ask questions.
