At first, everything sounded very nice.
Everyone seemed kind and benevolent.
Cons
After staying for a while, you realize that everything is fake.
The system is poorly structured.
Low pay.
Clock-in work hours, but responsibility continues after work.
If you haven't finished your tasks, that's your problem.
No overtime pay.
Even after finishing your work, you still can't leave.
If you leave, people will still talk about you.
It's ridiculous.
