The bosses are all very nice, but they clearly know that senior employees bully people and yet let it go unchecked. No matter how good the bosses are, it is still pointless.
The senior employee Xiao-Qian, despite being middle-aged, even takes the lead in ostracizing people and making snide remarks. Not only does she refuse to teach others, she deliberately gets you to do things wrong so she can watch, makes roundabout insults about you right in front of you, and also mocks you with other colleagues to your face. Her laughter is as frightening and loud as a witch’s, as if she is afraid that others might not hear it.
