Xuanwei International Business Co., Ltd. (For some reason, when I selected the review, De Ai Enterprise Co., Ltd. popped up instead.)
Maybe they are related...
I applied for a graphic designer position in the online department. When I arrived at the office, it was less like a company and more like a store warehouse. There were also flower-cart products outside, exposed to the wind and sun (I thought that if it were my company, I wouldn't leave my own products outside to gather dust). My first impression was that it was cramped. I told the people in the store, "Excuse me, I'm here for an interview." They directed me to take the stairs at the back. Following the path, there were three workstations along a narrow corridor. The manager's office upstairs was like an illegally added mezzanine made of metal sheeting, with only the manager's office and a small sofa.
The manager explained things in great detail during the interview. Setting aside the policies and systems, the biggest drawback was the poor environment. I confirmed the work location with him again, and the manager said it was here (obviously not in the manager's office, but downstairs along the narrow walkway). Of course, he did not contact me again, because we both felt that it was not a good fit. He mentioned that the other departments were located elsewhere, and only the online department was here. For everyone's reference... Without even a basically decent working environment, I think it would be difficult to retain employees!
