Read the community guidelinesThere is a phone interview, so you can first learn about the nature of the position.
The interview was for a position at a client site assigned by JLL.
The recruiter was rather unprofessional. If they did not intend to conduct a second interview, they could have politely declined or simply said so,
but the recruiter asked me to revise my résumé and even responded once after receiving it, then disappeared completely.
Because the position had excellent conditions, I turned down several offers while waiting for the second interview,
only to learn through a connection that my résumé had never even been forwarded to the hiring company.
This wasted the job seeker’s time and forced me to start interviewing for other jobs again.
I sincerely hope this recruiter also gets repeatedly ghosted by job seekers indefinitely.
The environment is good
Nothing else
If you are assigned to a foreign company in Da’an District, congratulations,
The colleagues are all very nice ^_^
The manager who happened to conduct the interview was fairly good, and the office space was very large.
Although this happened several years ago, the interview process was so terrible that I still can't forget it.
After confirming my name on the day of the interview, they discovered that no one inside the company had been notified that a candidate was scheduled to come in that day.
They said they would call me back and ask me to come upstairs once they found the person in charge.
After nearly half an hour without receiving a reply, I called again.
They still said they did not know which manager had requested the interview.
I waited outside for at least another hour. After making several more phone calls, they decided to ask another manager to conduct the interview.
However, after I had only finished introducing myself, the manager pointed out a few areas I could strengthen, and then the interview ended.
They did not mention the job responsibilities, the company environment, or anything else at all.
Although the manager had a good attitude, and the feedback was quite useful,
making me wait around for more than an hour beforehand was extremely disrespectful.
