1. An overwhelming workload. It is a responsibility-based system, and even when the work cannot be finished, employees are still required to clock out early, so overtime cannot be claimed.
2. Extremely low salary.
3. Salaries are hardly ever adjusted.
4. The atmosphere at work is extremely heavy. Although there is music, it is almost always classical music. The office is nearly completely silent, except for the ringing of the telephone.
