The team leader inside is very good at showing off his seniority and technical expertise~! There’s hardly any real technical skill! Even when repairing customers’ equipment, they drag it out until 7 or 8 o’clock—if you have the ability, why does it have to take that long?! Before applying for a sales position, you definitely have to do technical work first! They make it sound nice by saying you need to understand the products in order to sell them~ when in fact they simply can’t recruit technical staff! First they have the veterans give you a hard time until you can’t stay, so you give up! They haven’t fulfilled the nature of a sales job at all! Besides, who among Taiwan’s businesses has deep enough pockets to afford machines imported from Japan?!
