I left after working there for only one week. When I joined the company, there were only four salespeople, and two of them were already preparing to resign. The handover was handled poorly, and management was unable to control the situation, simply letting everything deteriorate. The company owner would constantly shout when speaking, as if someone owed him money or had killed his parents. An awful company.

A family-owned company where you have to work overtime every day without overtime pay, and there is no travel allowance for business trips. The general manager (older sister) is extremely emotional, the head of sales (younger sister) talks big all day and takes advantage of people very seriously, and the boss (father) only knows how to speak by verbally abusing people. There is severe infighting among the sales staff, everything is disorganized, and employee turnover is extremely high. They are constantly hiring. This is not a company worth staying attached to or one where you can learn anything.
