All departments except QC are very good
Working hours are punctual, and the work pressure is not high
"Except for QC"
The QC manager, whose surname is Chen, verbally bullies colleagues
They often deliberately make things difficult for employees and manipulate them psychologically.
For example, they took a report with no errors and asked an employee:
"You've been here for three years. Take a look at this report and tell me what's wrong with it."
Then the entire department worked overtime for three days to help the colleague.
Finally, they told the manager that they couldn't find any errors in the report.
The manager replied:
I just wanted to test you all. There are no errors in this report.
They also constantly told people to read the United States Pharmacopeia,
even though the manager themselves fundamentally did not understand the section divisions in the United States Pharmacopeia.
Or they required colleagues working overtime on HPLC to report every thirty minutes
where they were in their process. Note: this was not reporting when they encountered a problem;
it was reporting the status of the process at every point in time.
This was simply because they wanted the chairman to think
that they were constantly working in the laboratory alongside their subordinates.
In reality, the numerous requirements and procedures they imposed
were all additional and not required by regulations.
They manipulated subordinates into working overtime while always being the first to leave on time.
By the way, the company has few products, and the entire company leaves work on time.
Only QC works overtime constantly because of the manager's unreasonable demands.
They even work overtime beyond the hours permitted under the Labor Standards Act,
and then conceal this from the head office.
