The company only has three people. The boss makes it sound like experience doesn't matter, but what they actually want is someone highly capable who can hit the ground running. The boss is not at the company most of the time, leaving employees to do as they please. Beginners and intermediate-level candidates are not recommended to apply to this company.
Additionally, the boss will look at your computer after you get off work.
