The boss is a master in the modeling industry, but privately likes to claim that things made by employees were made by them. Due to the influence of a certain senior executive, clients are now leaving one after another, and no one knows how much longer this company can hold on.
No overtime required
There is no promotion system, because the company's policy is that Bai has the final say.
I hope the company can replace Bai, please. This person is so out of it that you would think he comes to work high every day. When a client asks for A, he can hear it as B. Whenever something goes wrong, he blames the designers, saying their abilities are insufficient. Even when clients can't take it anymore and leave, he blames the designers. He never reflects on himself. He speaks extremely harshly to vendors, leaving the company with almost no friendly vendors. He only knows how to curry favor with the boss and bad-mouth others to the boss, while claiming how outstanding he is. Unfortunately, the boss always believes him. It's utterly ridiculous—and this lousy person actually gets paid nearly 70,000 a month, lmao.
