Pros
I can't find any advantages.
Cons
1. Judging by appearances, there seem to be only 3–4 people in the entire company. The office is a renovated old apartment in a narrow alley. It does not have a professional office atmosphere.
2. A tiny company that was established only a few years ago. The questions asked by the interviewer were extremely laughable. Judging by the interviewer's age and the way they expressed themselves, I can only say that people with plenty of free time are very welcome to apply for an interview.
