A bunch
Everyone is super nice, and you can ask about any work-related questions. The pay isn't as stingy as the reviews suggest, the work is very flexible, and even half an hour can be counted as paid time. The boss is super nice, and they also ask for our opinions when developing products. Most importantly, it's a great company for learning by starting at the workplace ahead of time.

In my previous job, I felt that the pay was lower than what I had calculated (hourly wage). After asking internal colleagues, I found out that any fraction of an hour is not counted (clocking in at 9:10 is counted as 10:00). It was absolutely terrible.
The work is quite flexible.
They underpaid my salary. I thought it was just a miscalculation, but it turned out they simply didn’t pay it.
And the reason was really ridiculous.
It feels very free.
It seems like there aren't any.
