Year-end bonuses depend entirely on the boss’s mood, and the holiday gift money is only $1,000—or a gift voucher 🙄
As for the other benefits, they only say they follow the Labor Standards Act. Come on... the Labor Standards Act is just the bare minimum. These days, who would want to join without better benefits? No wonder your job posting has been sitting on 104 without ever being taken down 🙄
