They are very stingy with stationery, so sales staff have no stationery to use and have to borrow from here and there. The internal work environment is very closed-off and a textbook family business. The people in senior positions are mostly family members. It is best not to express any opinions of your own; in any case, they will not listen and may even find them unpleasant to hear. The secretary often gives people attitude.
Even taking half a day of sick leave requires a doctor's note. The benefits are just average—only the most basic. Employee dinners are held after work on Fridays, about once every two months, after the nationwide sales meeting. Everyone has dinner after work, but the food is not very good, costing around NT$300. The boss is very calculating. Both internal staff and sales personnel have very high turnover.
There are many better companies. I really do not recommend going to this one.
