Wages are suppressed. When taking leave, the perfect-attendance bonus is deducted in advance, and the hourly wage calculation also includes an allocated portion of the perfect-attendance bonus, effectively being charged twice. In months with 31 days, you are paid for only 30 days. Salary deductions on typhoon days also include the allocated portion of the perfect-attendance bonus.
