It is a company without any systems or structure. The work content and procedures are chaotic, and no one trains you. Don't even expect the company to have good benefits. Don't be fooled by the official website or appearances.
(1) Employees are responsible for cleaning disgusting toilets and common areas.
(2) The manager of the sales department has highly volatile emotions and very expressive facial expressions and gestures, and will lose control and loudly berate people in the plant. He is a slick, seasoned operator who is very good at putting on an act. During work report meetings, he even tells subordinates how to perform for the general manager. The person who should resign is never him, but always someone else.
(3) Besides having to figure out how to prepare quotations on their own, sales staff can never meet their targets and cannot receive the corresponding compensation either. There are many customer complaints, the performance targets are set very high, and the customer base is limited.
(4) Emails and LINE messages are monitored.
(5) The other departments are made up of a group of older people who have been working there for a long time, along with several foreign workers. They rely entirely on experience to do things and have no established standards, so there are often customer complaints that cannot be handled.
Not recommended for people looking for stable employment.
